This is a custom made newspaper printed on newsprint. The paper was made with distinct areas that could be cut out for police info board and for turning the cover and using as different papers on newsstands and paper vending points in the city. The Raccoon Tribute, Raccoon Dispatch, & Raccoon City Times are the titles.
