Photo is heavily creased vertically near the middle along with other smaller creases and dents. This is likely something sent that was sent through the mail but returned without cardboard backing. A personalization was removed, but that came off clean. Looks fairly good from a normal viewing distance, as shown in the last picture. Could probably be fixed by a poster restorer.
